Rotational molding has many advantages in terms of relatively low levels of residual stresses and inexpensive molds. The rotomoulding process transforms plastic from either powder, pellet or liquid form into products in four major steps. The mould is heated, rotation takes place on two axis, the mould is cooled and emptied then refilled for the next cycle.
